    Where are the products made? All Industrial Jewellery pieces are handmade in our London (UK) studio and we pride ourselves on a high quality finish. What materials are your products made from? All rope products are made from stainless steel springs in various shapes and finishes. The springs are either used naturally, blackened or Gold Plated. Through the springs we thread 100% cotton rope. Silver and gold plated elements such as our magnetic clasps are high quality plated brass, nickel free. All earring fittings are sterling silver or oxidized sterling silver. Our 'Geometric' range incooperates silicone rubber into the collection and some pieces combine materials such as wood and aluminium. These are all listed on each product description. Are these products sized? All necklaces are one size, measurements can be found in the individual descriptions of each piece. When bracelets are available in more than one size, the option exists in the product page. I can’t find the Industrial Jewellery product I am looking for If you have seen one of our designs elsewhere but can not find it on our online shop, this may be because this item is out of stock or is a special commission. Please contact us directly to place an order and we will try our best to help, email: Do you do commissions? I would like to commission a piece of jewellery. Yes. We are always happy to take on commissions, they can be as simple as an adaption to an existing style such as special colour or length.   • Packaging and Presentation
    Can I have my order gift-wrapped? Yes, we do this as standard. All Industrial Jewellery pieces are packed in a metal box with our logo. Holiday gift packaging is also available free of charge.

    What forms of payment do you accept? We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct Stripe account payments. Do I need a Stripe account to purchase from this store? No, you are not required to have a Stripel account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a Stripe account, you may use it as your payment method. How secure is this store? All payments are processed via Stripe, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. Stripe uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Stripe securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
  • Returns Policy
    What is your exchange / returns policy? Returns policy Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all tickets and tags attached. For fully priced items the returns process is very simple - email us for return confirmation within 14 days of dispatch of goods . Once cofnirmed we will provide a returns shipping address. When we recieve the goods we will review to make sure it is in new condition and issue a refund via Stripe. Exchange We can exchange for a different size, colour or item. If the item is of higher value we will invoice the difference to you. When contacting us about a return, please let us know which item you wish to purchase instead and we will do our best to reserve it for you. Refunds We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price, providedyou contact us within 14 days of dispatch, in their original condition, unused and unworn with all tickets and tags attached. All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms & conditions for further info. Faulty or Damaged Products If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.We are also happy to repair your item if possible after damage is reviewed. Sales Items We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty outside of the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period as dictated by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. To take advantage of the Distance Selling Regulations please contact us prior to sending the goods back stating you wish to return them under this scheme. Address for all returns and exchanges will be given with your return number.

    Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection. How long will delivery of my order take? Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. International delivery times vary Europe is generally 5-10 working days and the rest of the world within 1-3 weeks, (subject to customs & duty procedures beyond our control). If you need a delivery be a certain date, for example for a birthday present, please contact us to let us know and we will endeavor to accommodate this. How much does shipping cost? Tracked shipping on orders to UK addresses is free. We use Royal Mail's Signed For service unless requested otherwise. A signature is required on delivery. We can provide next day delivery at an additioan cost. For shipping outside the UK costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and select your country. Do I have to pay customs and import charges? Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
